Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Airlyne order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that come into direct contact with skin once opened (e.g. lash-care tools) can only be returned if unused and in sealed original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, and we'll resolve it at no extra cost.

Order cancellation
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order has been fulfilled.
